Your Name is Healer

Two quotes that have influenced the way I approach healing, wholeness, and truth since the very beginning of my journey: (1) When you heal yourself, you heal the world. (2) A healer is not someone you go to for healing. A healer is someone that triggers within you, your own ability to heal.

Kinda wild, but within this past month, I’ve had very real moments in various different therapy sessions where I hear my name being called. It’s not “Jen” though...but it does feel familiar, like I’ve been called it before, potentially in other timelines or lifetimes.

The name I hear is: healer.

Not because I have any ability to fix others - no, quite far from that actually.

I think I am being called healer because I can powerfully call in healing for myself. Because I believe in my infinite capacity to manifest and embody healing—wholly and completely. Because I am dedicated to living a vibrant, full, and beautiful life where there is ease and flow. And because I deeply want that + more for others.

So, I know that when I call in powerful, profound, magical, divine, miraculous healing for myself, I do it also for my community.

And that is why, today, I choose to accept this name - healer. It is my sacred work, my responsibility (first and foremost to myself). In this lifetime, and in all my lifetimes past, future + beyond 🚀✨💫 May we continue to heal and expand together. May we continue to inspire one another. Xx
