Hi, I’m Jen Tai.
This is simply my space to explore pure creative play, to share my sacred work and offerings with the world, and to connect with you - beautiful soul. It’s an honor to meet (or perhaps re-meet) you in this lifetime. Come as you are, stay if you will. Let’s co-explore through this lifetime together.
My given name is Jen, but most days I like to go by Lil’J—will expand on how this came to be later, one of these days. (It has to do with wanting to become a famous DJ/music producer/rapper/kpop star). Haha.
My story feels like it goes back lifetimes, but I think for clarity and ease, I’ll share a little about this one—it’s a beautiful one after all. I was born into a family of refugees who fled from SE Asia during a time of genocide, turmoil and conflict. My family is a source of my inspiration - 100% - as well as a propelling force in my healing journey to wholeness, oneness. All paths have led us here.
As I was growing up, I started to notice all of the wounds and patterns I seemingly inherited from this beautiful family of mine—deep feelings of unworthiness, self-loathe, shame, constant anxiety, unmanageable desire to people-please, and most importantly, unrecognizable anger and fear. It took a little while, with lots of deep, dark inner/outer/light/shadow work, constant deconditioning, and multiple deaths of the Ego, of old and false selves. It took deep remembrance, sacred initiations, subtle yet profound contemplations. And so, here I am; and so, here we are.
As my healing deepened, I began to realize that along with all of my intergenerational wounds, I also inherited incredibly sacred and potent power, wisdom, resilience, abundance, compassion, magnetism, playfulness, creativity, purity, life-force, soul gifts, and so much more. I am the culmination of all that have come before me, all the past lifetimes I’ve lived—I carry with me the divine protection, sacred guidance, and unconditional love that God, Spirit, Universe, Angels, Loved Ones + my cosmic support team so generously offer me.
I am forever grateful.
I am here to heal for my lineage, for generations past, and for all generations to come.
I am here to reveal + heal the divide—our illusion of separateness—and to remember + remind, infinitely and always, we are one.
I am here to unite + harmonize the divine feminine and divine masculine within—the poetic balance between Yin and Yang.
I am here to remind us all, that we do not walk alone.
I am here to initiate, create, make a splash, and to show the world that we can do things wildly different from the status quo—and in a way that is most true to our soul’s calling, our soul’s song.
I am here to live a liberated, joyous, vibrant, unapologetic, soul-filled, heart-led life—as a cosmic soul living a very beautiful human and earthly experience.
I am here to remember that I carry with me the potent energies of healer, creator, alchemist, rebel, mother, lover, initiator, warrior, visionary. As do you.
